Canyon Falls
Canyon Falls was built with one thing in mind: Luxury. Located in the Southwest Valley of Las Vegas, Harmony Homes put their creativity to the test when they constructed these single-story family homes. With the largest floor plan capping out at 4,900 square feet, Canyon Falls features 18 foot ceilings and open designs with options including a wine room, a second laundry room inside the master suite, and a three-car garage plus casita, instead of a standard four-car garage. Doors, Trim, and Hardware Installation
Rystin Construction was responsible for the doors, trim, and hardware installation. The exterior materials used were provided by Thermatru. We used their Smoothstar 6 Panel, entry doors – suitable for energy conservation and class. The interior doors used were Masonite’s hollow core, 2 panel, square top doors, which complimented the 6 panel entry doors flawlessly. The interior doors are made of composite materials, which makes them more resistant to warping and cracking. Each door was set with Kwikset’s Dorian Satin Nickel lever that gave the home a clean and sophisticated finish. Franklin Brass bath hardware was the finishing touches to complete these perfect family residences.
