These luxury apartment homes are located in the expanding Southwest Valley close to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area, and Spring Mountain Ranch State Park. The complex offers diverse layouts through several different studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom plans. In addition, this community has all of the essential amenities available to its residents including a clubhouse, pool with spa, fitness facility, and Dog Park.

Door & Hardware Installation, and Millwork

Rystin Construction worked to provide the doors and millwork featured throughout the entire complex. By working closely with Premier Door and Trim, Rystin was able to supply and install all interior and exterior doors, door hardware, bath accessories, and wire shelving located throughout the community. Each unit is equipped with Kwikset Verdani door levers, Taymor Sunglow toilet paper holders and towel bars, and Moen Mason curved shower rods. In addition, all units include 6 panel hollow core interior doors at all bedrooms and bathrooms, and full louver doors leading to all in-unit laundry rooms allowing for proper ventilation. As an additional bonus, units with balcony doors feature 8’ metal 1 lite (French) doors! Each door is encased with beautiful 120MUL, a 2 ¼” contemporary style casing complimented by the 388MUL, a 3 ½” contemporary style baseboard. Keeping with the contemporary style, large 7 ¼” baseboard and 3 ¼” casing can be found in the clubhouse where one of the finest features of this project can be seen. An elegant pair of 8’ Mahogany Arch Top doors encased with a mahogany casing serves as the entry to this spacious clubhouse, and just inside these doors hangs an equally beautiful Mahogany barn door. Overall, CANV created a beautiful project that Rystin Construction was happy to have contributed to.

Ensemble Senior Living is an apartment complex located in Southern Las Vegas, Nevada. The community was built by Ovation Property Management in 2015. The complex houses over 180 units with single bedroom or two bedroom floor plans. This multifamily development features a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, movie room, and is also pet friendly.

Doors, Baseboards, Hardware & More

Rystin Construction was responsible for the installation of doors, baseboard, casing, and hardware (bath and door) for the development. The units feature a Plastpro 6 panel entry door, which is one of the best fiberglass doors on the market. Plastpro entry doors also meet the Energy Star standard making them very energy efficient doors. The Masonite interior flush doors are made of a composite material, which makes them harder to warp, crack and shrink. All rooms are trimmed with a 3 & ½” baseboard and 2 & ½” casing. Each unit features Kwikset Winston door handles that provide security and style, and compliment the satin nickel Moen Mason bath fixtures and Zaca medicine cabinets located in all bathrooms.

Elysian at Southern Highlands, built by The Calida Group, is best known for its contemporary, high-end townhome living. It’s located right off the I-15 and Southern Hills in Las Vegas, Nevada. Rystin Construction was privileged enough to work with The Calida Group to trim these beautiful homes. We used Thermatru- solid core 3 panel exterior doors- for durability, efficiency, and curb appeal. Interior features included Masonite- hollow core 3 panel interior doors- for a lightweight, easy maintenance, and modern appeal. Better Home Product hardware was used in conjunction with Moen bath accessories for a classy and sophisticated look. These materials were specifically chosen to compliment the contemporary look featured throughout the complex.
