Crown Moulding Installation

Decorative trim is an excellent way to brighten a room. There are multiple options when it comes to adding millwork to walls and ceilings, but the most common is the installation of crown moulding. Used primarily to soften the transition from wall to ceiling, crown has the ability to add a distinctive look to any room. Rystin Construction has access to over 50 different crown profiles ranging in sizes from 1 ½” to 11 ¼”. Majority of our products are made of a primed, paint grade Ultralite fiberboard, but we also have access to all different species of wood including maple and cherry. For rooms with curved walls and ceilings we have access to a product known as ValuFlex™, which is a matching flexible moulding that can be used for arched doors, oval or arched windows, and curved walls.

Unlike other millwork, crown moulding can be tricky to install. Thankfully, Rystin Construction employs some of the best finish carpenters in the city with years of experience in custom design installation. We guarantee a smooth, clean, flawless install. If you’re ready to order material, but you are unsure how much you need we can send out one of our knowledgeable servicemen to complete a walk-through of the area. By doing so, we will be able to order the exact amount of material needed and eliminate excessive waste. Once you choose your profile, we’ll require a 50% deposit so we can order the material. When we have an estimated delivery date, we can get an install date scheduled. Once we’re ready for install, we ask that you clear the room of all furniture. If you can’t clear the furniture, we need it pulled away from the walls into the center of the room. This allows our field personnel to prep the area and complete the install quickly and efficiently. Upon completion, our representative will collect the remaining balance, and now you can enjoy your finished room!
